In 2021, Novozymes, in collaboration with SYMBIO, industrialized the new, efficient and transformative starch processing technology at the largest enterprises in the industry called Frontia GlutenEx®
This technology provides an opportunity to conduct wet wheat processing with increased gluten yield, higher starch quality, improved process for the separation of pentosans and many other technical and economic benefits specific to your applications
